This versatile 2-in-1 soldering and hot air station offers the functionalities of both a soldering station and a hot air station in a compact design. Both stations feature individual temperature controls, digital temperature readouts, and various other functions to cater to your soldering and rework needs.
The Soldering Station offers an adjustable temperature range of 392-896°F, with a PID-stabilized temperature output, ensuring a smooth soldering experience for a variety of through-hole components. The Hot Air Station, on the other hand, provides an adjustable temperature range of 212-896°F and variable air volume, allowing you to tackle SMD component rework as part of your soldering project.
The Hot Air Gun is built with a patented cylindrical ceramic heating element design, providing superior temperature control and enhanced safety compared to traditional coiled heating elements. Its spiraling outlet design concentrates the air flow during SMD rework, delivering precision and efficiency.
The Soldering Iron is powered by a 60W ceramic heating element with a temperature measurement function. The station measures the actual temperature in milliseconds and sends compensation commands to the heating element, ensuring a stable temperature and eliminating the need to wait for heating between soldering joints.
To extend the lifespan of the soldering tip and the ceramic heating element, the station features a Sleep Mode that activates when the iron is left unused for more than 10 minutes, cooling the temperature to 392°F. Similarly, the Hot Air Gun enters a Standby Mode when placed in the holder, automatically stopping the heating and cooling the temperature to 212°F, further extending the heating element's lifespan.
The product specifications include a rated voltage range of 110V-127V/AC, 60Hz, a rated power of 750W, and operating ambient temperatures between 0°C and 40°C (32°F and 104°F). The air delivery is powered by a brushless blower with smooth air flow, and the air volume can reach up to 120L/min.
This 2-in-1 Multi Station kit includes a wide range of accessories, such as a solder wire, desoldering pump, tweezers, hot air nozzles, and soldering tips, allowing you to start soldering right away. The product is covered by a 1-year USA technical support, with 24-hour assistance from a dedicated team.
